DOUBLE-SIDED MAT

The double-sided Brick mat is designed to support traceurs at every stage in their parkour journey and offers the ideal compromise between training demands and safety.

Its composition features two layers of foam in different hardnesses to provide traceurs with two specific training surfaces. The "hard" side (black side) is ideal for dynamic landings and performing acrobatic sequences with an optimal energy return. The "soft" side (white side) absorbs shocks and protects the joints, which allows for safe falls when attempting new moves for the first time.

The weight of the mat allows traceurs to perform all levels of acrobatics without any risk of slipping. Its 2 m x 1 m dimensions provide a suitable training surface and allow the modules to be effortlessly moved when reconfiguring the layout. If necessary, wider safety areas can also be created using the hook-and-loop strips on all four sides of the mats, so that they can be connected together.
